This comprehensive self-paced course is designed to help NACA Members interested in purchasing an owner-occupied residential multi-family property, understand the risks and responsibilities involved in the business of being a landlord.
This online course satisfies the landlord education requirement to become NACA qualified to purchase a residential multi-family property of two to four units.
This course is not all inclusive and does not represent a replacement for the legal and professional advice landlords should seek in order to ensure their interests and rights are protected, and to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
