Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling Training - Single Family

This comprehensive training is designed specifically for housing counselors to build mastery in income calculation and mortgage math key components in guiding clients through the homeownership journey. Participants will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in calculating diverse income sources, including salaried, hourly, self-employed, and irregular income. The course will also focus on understanding debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, analyzing affordability, and navigating mortgage calculations such as principal, interest, taxes, and insurance (PITI).
